Values

Authenticity: Be real, share real experiences, the horses will tell if you are bringing your authentic self

Experiential: Be hands on, have fun, get your hands dirty! Yes, you will get dirty, maybe even muddy and wet!

Intelligence: We explore the latest scientific research, we look at neuroscience, we explore emotional  Intelligence and how it manifests with our interactions with others.

Out-standing: We will be out standing in a paddock! But I am also committed to providing you with an outstanding experience!

Understanding: This is both understanding of self, understanding of others. We explore  the "why".

Helen Rogerson

CEO (Chief Equine Officer): Helen Rogerson

I have been fortunate to have had a great career in the corporate sector, working in some of Australia's best known brands such as MLC, Wesfarmers, Mayne (Natures Own & Cenovis), and The Coffee Club. My roles included leading people, managing departments and developing and delivering L & D programs to a range of both internal and external  stakeholders.

In 2017, after than 25 years in the corporate sector in Operations, Sales, Human Resources and Learning & Development, I decided it was time to pursue something that I was passionate about. Leadership Development. But do in in way where people could apply their skills in a safe environment and get immediate, unbiased feedback. I had a dream to bring together horsemanship and leadership development.

This was triggered originally in 2002 when my husband attended a Horsemanship Clinic at Anstead (QLD), enhanced in 2009 when I was running a Green Bean Leadership Program in The Coffee Club,  and was built on in later years when I acquired a troubled horse in 2014 (a story you will hear more about when you come to one of my programs!)

Using in horses with learning is not new. There are thousands of providers doing similar in the USA, UK, Europe and Australia.  Since 2002 Stanford University has run a program to help improve the bedside manner of doctors!  So I cannot claim to be a trailblazer in this area.

What I can do, however, is bring my wealth of experience across a range of sectors, my pragmatic approach and my dedication to ensuring that everyone has a positive and enduring learning experiences.
