This is the underlying philosophy of all our Leadership Development Workshops.
But what are the practical skills behind this?
Our Leadership workshops are designed specifically to give a pragmatic toolkit that will allow you be an effective leader. You will be able to go back into your workplace the next day and apply your skills.
Our hands on approach will allow you to trial these new tools and get instant feedback in a safe and authentic way.
Our programs can be stand alone or part of your own inhouse Leadership Development Program.
We have three Leadership Development options.
New Leader Intensive: One Day Workshop for new leaders looking for a foundation to develop their own leadership style.
One day workshops start at $795 per person.
Same Page Leadership: This is directed at a senior leadership team to develop a consistent and shared approach to leading teams in the same workplace. This ensures consistency and provides for a psychologically safe workplace.
One day workshops start at $795 per person.
Leadership in Action: A Series of 4 workshops over 4 months, this program provides in depth skills development, application and review. This program also includes coaching support for the duration of the course.
All workshops are small groups never exceeding 8 participants.
This allows for skills practice, individual support and coaching and the best learning outcomes.
Duration: All workshops are from 8.30 am until 4.30 pm.
Location: Workshops are held on our dedicated horse property at Mt Samson, 45 minutes north west of Brisbane City.
All workbooks, morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea are included.
