But what is it and how does it help you?
Mindfulness is about self awareness and being truly in the moment. Practising mindfulness will allow you to choose your reactions rather than just “reacting” and it allows you to be more in control.
Mini Mindfulness for Managers
Developed specifically for those leading or influencing others, this workshop is an introduction to practical mindfulness in the workplace. This session will consider
• Why be a mindful manager
• Demystify what mindfulness looks like in the workplace
• Allow practice the ICE Mindfulness Strategy (Inner, Cognitive, Environment)
• Clarify the difference between mindfulness and meditation
• Explore the impact of Concern vs Control
• Tips to actively refocus thoughts
• Allow you to move from Mindset to Brainflex
• Explore Stimulus & Reaction vs Stimulus & Response
One day Mindfulness Workshops are avilable on request.
Duration
This workshop runs over one day from 8.30 am until 12.30 pm.
Location
Workshops are held on our dedicated horse property at Mt Samson, 45 minutes north west of Brisbane City.
